About Us
Rachael's Bread, Cookies & More is a small batch organic home bakery in Lake George, NY. Rachael is a one woman show making bread (sourdough, challah, cinnamon swirl, dinner rolls, country white & much more), cinnamon buns, cookies, coffee cake, biscotti, etc. She just purchased a new location to build out a bakery kitchen in Queensbury to increase production and give her family back their home while growing into an essential facet of our local community.
Their family owns Dan's Farm Shack on 149 where most of the fresh goodies are sold along with other local items like Maple Syrup, Honey & Jams. She also supplies several retail partners: Bean's Country Store, Jacobs & Toney's, Helova Deli & Hilton Family Farmstand.
