Fence Installation Laborer

Job Description

Siena Fence Co. is seeking a dependable and hardworking Laborer to assist with fence installation and related construction tasks. This role supports the installation crew by preparing job sites, handling materials, and performing general labor duties to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of residential and commercial fencing (wood, vinyl, chain-link, aluminum, etc.)
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment
• Dig post holes and assist with setting fence posts (manual and/or powered equipment)
• Mix and pour concrete as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
• Assist crew leaders and installers with general construction tasks
• Perform basic maintenance and cleanup of tools and equipment

Qualifications

• Previous construction or labor experience preferred but not required
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting 50+ lbs, digging, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Punctual, dependable, and safety-minded

Work Environment

• Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
• Physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, digging, and standing for extended periods
