SENIOR CUSTODIAN
The Warren County Department of Public Works is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Senior Custodian at the Building and Grounds location at the Warren County Municipal Building in Lake George. Performs and supervises cleaning and minor maintenance of a municipal building. The work differs from the duties of Custodian in that in addition to performing cleaning and maintenance tasks, they are responsible for the efficient cleaning and maintenance of a building. Work is performed under the general supervision of a superior with some leeway for the use of independent judgment in meeting approved standards of cleanliness and operation. Supervision is exercised over the work of a small number of cleaning and/or custodial personnel. Does related work as required. Physical condition commensurate with the demands of the position.
SALARY: $52,138 (2026 Base Salary)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Two (2) years of experience in building cleaning and maintenance activities.
