School Bus Monitor
Immediate Opening
The Lake George Central School District is seeking to fill the position of School Bus Monitor. This is a 10-month Part-Time position. The employee will work 4 hours daily – 2 hours am and 2 hours pm.
Salary: $17.50 per hour plus benefits as per the Lake George Transportation Association contract.
Duties: (Illustrative only)
- Assists students in climbing aboard and alighting from a school bus;
- Maintains order on a school bus while in transit;
- May attend to the needs and safety of handicapped and special students on the bus;
- Delivers students from school bus to school buildings;
- Assists students and driver as needed;
- Does related work as necessary.
Willing to train the right candidate.
