    CITY OF GLENS FALLS
    NOTICE OF VACANCY
     
     
    The Human Resources Director oversees and directs the development and implementation of organization-wide policies and programs encompassing all aspects of human resource management, including labor relations, employee benefits, compensation, employee training, organizational development, safety, drug testing, ADA, EEO and all Federal and State labor-employment law compliance, and employee assistance.    Supervision is exercised over assigned and departmental staff.  The incumbent performs related tasks as required.
     
    SALARY:  $65,000-$75,000           M-F 8:30-4:30          40 hr. salary
     
    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
       A)  Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, public administration, business or comparable field, with           five (5) years of responsible administration management experience; or
       B)  Bachelor’s degree in any field and six (6) years of responsible administration management experience; or
       C)  Associate’s degree in any field and ten (10) years of responsible management experience.
