    About this Position:

    Responsible for a variety of administrative functions associated with the processing of indirect loan documents, disbursement of funds to dealerships, lien perfection processing including manual lien filing on loans held with funding issues.  Provides exceptional customer service and support to dealer network and indirect lending staff while meeting all applicable compliance regulations and Company policies.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    > Review indirect loan documents received from dealer network for accuracy and completeness; ensure documents have proper signatures, dates, and other relevant data according to Company policy, department procedures, and applicable government laws/regulations.

    > Disburse funds to dealerships as applicable in a timely and regulatory/policy compliant manner.

    > Monitor loans held with funding issues and manually file liens in a timely manner.

    > Index and review indirect loan files; follow department/Company filing protocols for the accurate storage of documents.

    > Provide outstanding customer service to dealer network; answer questions and provide guidance as appropriate.  Work to anticipate customer needs and address concerns in a timely and positive way.

    > Support and participate as member of Indirect Lending team; offer clerical and customer service support to all members of team to meet department goals and objectives.

    > Stay up to date on applicable computer software as well as lending laws and regulations.

    Education/Certifications/Experience:

    > High School Diploma or equivalent required.

    > 1 year of experience in an office environment preferred

    Skills/Knowledge:

    > Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, ability to learn other computer software programs

    > Strong communications skills, written and verbal; comfortable communicating with customers, co-workers, and management

    > Demonstrated skills to accurately and efficiently complete tasks/projects, handle multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines

    > Proven quality customer service and communication skills

    > Ability to work as a member of a cooperative work team with shared goals and objectives

    Physical Demands:

    > Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time and walk/stand for brief periods of time.

    > Must be able to repetitively use a telephone and computer mouse and keyboard.

    > Ability to lift/move up to 15 lbs.

    The salary range for this position is $17 - $19 hourly commensurate with experience and education.

    Additional compensation may be earned through the Company’s profit-sharing bonus program, subject to individual and company performance.
