About Us

Located at 55 Elm Street in Glens Falls, NY. Conifer Park provides client-centered outpatient substance use and behavioral health services designed to support individuals at every stage of their recovery and wellness journey. We offer outpatient and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) services for adults, along with specialized programming for adolescents to meet age-appropriate needs in a supportive environment.

Our services include a wide range of group counseling options focused on healing, growth, and skill-building. These include wellness groups, anger management, trauma-informed healing, gender-specific groups, self-discovery, Recovery Out Loud, Living Sober, and CBT-based groups that support emotional regulation, coping skills, and long-term recovery.

We welcome referrals from multiple pathways, including self-referral, community partners, and legal system involvement, ensuring accessible care for those seeking support. Walks ins are welcomed!

Behavioral health services with a psychiatric nurse practitioner are available at this location. Along with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) including options such as Suboxone, Subutex, Sublocade, Vivitrol/Naltrexone, and Brixadi, with individualized treatment planning to support recovery stability and client goals.

In addition, we provide family services, including a dedicated family program and individual family counseling sessions, recognizing the importance of healing and support within the family system as part of the recovery process.
