We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and mission-driven Development Coordinator or Director (title dependent on experience) to join our team and lead fundraising efforts that fuel life-changing mentorships.
What You’ll Do
As our Development Coordinator/Director, you’ll take the lead in creating and executing fundraising strategies to support the growth and sustainability of our organization. You’ll work alongside passionate staff, dedicated board members, and inspiring volunteers to build relationships with donors, secure funding, and raise awareness of our impact.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising plan, including individual giving, corporate sponsorships, grants, and special events.
- Plan and manage signature fundraising events (e.g., Bowl for Kids’ Sake, Golf Tournament, and special events).
- Cultivate and steward relationships with current and prospective donors, sponsors, and community partners.
- Research and write grant proposals and manage grant reporting.
- Maintain accurate donor records and reporting in a CRM/database.
- Collaborate with marketing and program teams to ensure consistent messaging and storytelling.
- Support board and leadership in development-related initiatives.
- Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in fundraising, development, or nonprofit management.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with donor databases (Salesforce) is a plus.
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Passion for youth development and equity in access to opportunity.
