• Lead Installer

    Are you a seasoned water treatment professional looking to lead projects, mentor a team, and make a measurable impact?

    Lake George Water Systems is seeking a Lead Installer to take charge of our residential water filtration installations throughout the Adirondacks, Saratoga County, and Washington County. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in the residential water treatment field and is capable of handling installations immediately.

    This is a perfect role for someone who has worked across multiple sides of the water treatment business—sales, service, installation—and is ready to lead by exampleoptimize systems, and train the next generation of technicians.

    Your Role:

    • Lead and oversee all aspects of residential water filtration installations.
    • Mentor and train junior installers in installation procedures, customer service, and troubleshooting.
    • Collaborate with our Operations Assistant to streamline scheduling and ensure smooth project delivery.
    • Conduct on-site assessments, determine equipment needs, and create job-ready checklists.
    • Maintain organized records for all installations and customer interactions.
    • Use your experience to optimize processes and training materials.
    • Communicate with professionalism when interacting with customers, tradespeople, and suppliers.
    • Drive a company vehicle to job sites across our service area.

    You Might Be a Fit If You:

    • Have 2+ years of hands-on experience in plumbing or water treatment.
    • Have led or trained teams and enjoy passing on knowledge.
    • Thrive on solving problems and can handle specialty water treatment installs.
    • Are comfortable designing and improving systems and processes.
    • Bring a strong sense of professionalism, attention to detail, and communication skills.
    • Are self-motivated and capable of managing multiple jobs independently.
    • Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

    Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week
