Installation Specialist

What You’ll Do

• Assist with the installation and servicing of high-quality residential water filtration systems.
• Work alongside a lead installer and coordinate with other tradespeople, such as electricians and divers.
• Utilize a variety of tools, including Pro Press, PEX expander, rotary hammer, and other hand and power tools (all provided).
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, project managers, and tradespeople.
• Carry tools and equipment to job sites, sometimes up and down flights of stairs.
• Drive a company vehicle for local travel to job sites.
• Maintain our reputation for top-tier craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

• Basic plumbing or trade experience is preferred but not required—we will train the right candidate!
• Comfortable using hand tools and eager to learn new skills.
• Strong communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Ability to work in a team environment alongside experienced installers.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Physically able to transport tools and equipment as needed.
• WQA certification is a plus, and we offer training for career growth.
