Cash Management Associate

About this position:
Supports the Cash Management Officer with providing our business and commercial customers with specialized banking and cash management products while delivering a high level of customer service. Proactively serves as a liaison between our customers and business partners while taking ownership of customer related issues to reach the best resolution.
Essential Functions
> Prepare and maintain cash management service agreements and facilitate the process to set-up and train customers with cash management services.
> Maintain accurate records and required reporting for tracking cash management sales and activities.
> Provide full range of professional, technical, and general support to customers and Company personnel regarding cash management and banking services. Assist with municipal banking customers as needed.
> Provide support in reviewing and analyzing bank statements and preparing and compiling responses to Request for Proposals.
> Effectively communicate to customers over the phone, via email and written correspondence. Answer internal and external customer calls and assist with special projects as needed.
> Foster client relationships while building trust and delivering solutions.

Education/Certifications:
> Associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
> 3 years of experience in related field preferred
Skills/Knowledge:
> Strong customer service, problem solving, and time management skills
> Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office including: Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
> Understanding of cash management and banking services preferred
> Ability to prioritize multiple tasks/projects, meet deadlines, and exceptional attention to detail
> Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
> Solid verbal and written communications skills; comfortable communicating with customers, co-workers, and members of management
Physical Demands:
> Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time and walk/stand for brief periods of time.
> Must be able to repetitively use a telephone and computer mouse and keyboard.
> Ability to lift/move up to 15 lbs.

The salary range for this position is $19.25 - $24.63 per hour commensurate with experience and education.
Additional compensation may be earned through the Company’s incentive programs, subject to individual and company performance.
