Business Manager
Posted: 01/28/2026The Business Manager supports daily business operations across administration, customer service, order fulfillment, and reporting. This role assists with financial, logistical, and organizational tasks to keep system running smoothly, customers supported and records up to date.
Key Responsibilities:- Support day-to-day operations and assist Marge with tasks requiring additional support
- Manage invoicing, billing and record-keeping across QuickBooks, Melio, Shopify, and Faire
- Coordinate wholesale customer communications, weekly orders, and pricing updates
- Process and ship e-commerce and wholesale orders
- Maintain product listings, pricing, and shipping information
- Prepare sales, milk, and operational reports
- Assist with payroll entries, newsletters, spreadsheets, and internal documentations
- Create and maintain labels for products, deliveries, and invoices
- Experience in an administrative, operations, office management, or business support role
- Familiarity with invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping processes
- Experience using systems such as QuickBooks, Shopify, Faire, Square or similar platforms (or ability to learn quickly)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities
- Clear written communication skills for customer and internal correspondence
- Experience supporting food production, food safety documentation, or regulated environments a plus, but not required
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a small team
