JOB TITLE: Onsite Caretaker/Property Maintenance Summary:Responsible for the overall maintenance of the property grounds and buildings. Typical Functions:Pick up and empty waste and recycling receptacles. Clean vents and screens; wash windows, trash cans, glass doors and equipment. Replace various kinds of light bulbs, moving furniture and fixing equipment as needed.Completing general maintenance projects as required.
