Greetings! Ajara Yoga is an intimate and very friendly studio providing accessible yoga to all ages and levels of experience just off Exit 17 of the Northway in South Glens Falls/Gansevoort. My name is Jami and I am the caretaker of Ajara. We specialize in Hatha Yoga but provide other forms of yoga also including restorative, yin, vinyasa flow, and QiGong, a Chinese practice similar to Tai-Chi.
