    After the holidays have come and gone, the New Year welcomes change, goal setting and prioritizing. It's the perfect time to harness the challenges that are keeping you from accomplishing your goals. Stress has quickly become the cause of many health issues and, if left unchecked, can affect other areas of your life.
    During this panel discussion, we will hear from two speakers who are dedicated to helping others cope with stress through healthy eating, exercise and lifestyle changes.

    Speaker Bios

    Lisa Wolfe, is a Health & Emotional Empowerment Coach, and is passionate about all things involving health, wellness and fitness. After going through her own challenges, she found her true passion in helping others. Lisa works with people who are ready to move towards a better version of themselves in a safe and non-judgmental environment.

    Stephanie O'Hanlon Kayalar is a registered nurse, yoga instructor, aromatherapist, certified massage therapist, creator of Kambal™ Yoga and founder of Restore Balance in Glens Falls. Stephanie's dream of creating an integrative stress reduction center has been long in the making. Her focus is stress reduction through yoga, aromatherapy and meditation.
