                        Description

Join the ARCC for a panel discussion on leveraging the power of generational diversity for a competitive advantage in the workplace.

In contemporary workplaces, human resources and business leaders are encountering a wider range of generational demographics in their workforce as people work longer into their sunset years – often as a second or third act after their formal retirement. This dynamic presents a unique challenge of devising strategies to encourage an environment that promotes high engagement, loyalty, and productivity, among various generational groups.

For years, organizations have recognized the compelling business case for cultivating a multi-generational workforce. A multi-generational workforce fosters innovative thinking and enables employers to access a broader spectrum of potential talent. However, more than half of employers have indicated that they do not incorporate age as a factor in their recruitment efforts.

Those who fail to leverage the benefits of a multi-generational workforce find themselves at a disadvantage regarding innovation, institutional knowledge, employee engagement, and workforce stability. Given the permanence of generational diversity within the workforce, it is prudent for organizations to cultivate an age-inclusive culture.

This panel discussion is presented by the ARCC Women's Business Council (WBC) and open to ALL to attend. Please share with your colleagues!
