Session Title: Beyond the Casting Couch
Content Overview
Everyone is talking. The Weinstein Effect. #MeToo. The news is full of stories relating to sexual misconduct; fear and anger are prevalent within the best organizations. Understanding what is happening, why it is happening and what it means to you and to your organization’s reputation and bottom line is vital.
This session will provide participants with information to help ensure that they recognize the significance of what is happening and gain the knowledge to understand the opportunities for change that are within their control.
The following areas will be covered:- Understanding what is happening and why it is happening
- Recognizing what works and what needs to change
- Understanding the difference between misconduct and harassment
- The impacts that can negatively affect your reputation and bottom line
- Developing strategies for building an inclusive work environment where everyone benefits
- Training strategies that go beyond the legal focus
A continental breakfast will be served. Registration and pre-payment required.*

To find out why our members grow, succeed and thrive, we invite NOT YET Members to attend 1 (one) regularly scheduled event per calendar year at a Not Yet Member admission fee (if applicable).
