  • A testimonial from a Leadership Adirondack graduate:

"I have had nothing but a great experience with the ARCC. It has been an extremely welcoming community of fellow professionals, who embrace new members and genuinely want to support each other and our communities.

I try to attend mixers and other events as often as possible, with the goal of meeting one new person per event. I intend on frequenting these events over the course of my career and hope to know everyone in the room one day.

The opportunity to participate in the Adirondack Regional Chamber’s Leadership Program has been one of the most beneficial experiences I’ve had in my young career. I was able to work closely with many other professionals to help organize the Battle of the Businesses Trivia Night, which was a very rewarding experience. I feel fortunate to have been able to work with such strong leaders in our area and look forward to my class’s collective growth in service to our communities.
Since participating in the ARCC Leadership Adirondack program, I earned a promotion in my role at Glens Falls National Bank. The Leadership Adirondack program has given me the tools to grow as a young professional and has opened the door to create new relationships within my community."

  • Highlights from Leadership Adirondack Class of 2022-2023

The Leadership Adirondack class of 2022-2023 consisted of 16 individuals, from varying industries, with an interest in growing their leadership skills and making a difference in their communities. Through leadership training and classroom sessions, to business and industry tours, these individuals dedicated over 16 weeks to their professional growth.

Strong communities are built and sustained by effective local leaders, and our region is a testimony to this.

There was much to celebrate at the graduation ceremony as the class presented Family Service Association of Glens Falls with a check for over $23,000. These funds were raised through donations and a trivia fundraising event as part of their class community project.
