Brightside Leadership Group LLC is a leadership and consulting firm dedicated to helping people and organizations lead with clarity, confidence, and connection. Founded by speaker and strategist LeeAnne Ruff - who also serves as a community contributor for Mountain Lake PBS - the company delivers keynotes, workshops, and advisory support focused on communication, leadership development, and building strong, engaged teams.

With more than 35 years of experience in sales, leadership, and training, LeeAnne brings a real-world, results-driven approach to her work - helping organizations develop leaders, strengthen culture, increase engagement, and drive growth.

LeeAnne is also the founder of ADKWoman, a growing community that brings women together through curated events and “Friendworking” experiences - creating space for real relationships, support, and collaboration beyond traditional networking.
