    About Us

    Launched in the spring of 2021, the Common Roots Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a mission to improve the quality of life in northeastern New York. The Foundation hosts two grant cycles per year (Spring and Fall). Together with the generous support of sponsors, donors, and members, they’ve helped local organizations realize a variety of wellness, community inclusivity, environmental stewardship, and sustainability projects. A membership program and sponsor/partnership opportunities exist for individuals, families, or businesses interested in joining its mission.
