Payroll Accounting Manager

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Accounting Manager to oversee and manage the financial operations of our business. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in payroll accounting, payroll tax reporting, and financial management, along with a proven track record of success.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the organization.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Perform banking and cash management activities.
- Administer all aspects of payroll accounting, including:
- Preparation and filing of quarterly payroll tax reports.
- Preparation and distribution of annual W-2 forms.
- Preparation and filing of 1099 forms.
- Perform general ledger account reconciliations.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with applicable payroll tax regulations and reporting requirements.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 years of Payroll Accounting (Required)
- From $65,000 (Commensurate with experience)
