    Salary Range: $59,550 - $72, 960

We’re looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented healthcare leader to join our team as a Medical Operations Supervisor (MOS). Whether you're a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse, (LPN/LVN), this is your opportunity to step into a high-impact leadership role in a regulated clinical setting — where your work ensures donor safety, team performance, and quality plasma collection that supports patients worldwide.

    What You’ll Do:

    Medical Oversight & Clinical Leadership

    • Conduct pre-donation physical exams, review donor medical histories, and determine donor suitability/eligibility.
    • Intervene during donor adverse events and provide medical guidance, escalating to the Chief Medical Director (CMD) when needed.
    • Counsel donors with empathy and clarity on medical ineligibility or deferral decisions.
    • Maintain current certification and clinical licensure as an RN, LPN/LVN

    Team Leadership & Operational Support

    • Supervise day-to-day operations including donor flow, staff scheduling, and production efficiency.
    • Serve as the acting Center Manager when needed, ensuring smooth operation and regulatory compliance.
    • Lead daily briefings, delegate tasks, coordinate breaks, and guide problem-solving during peak times.
    • Support inventory tracking, equipment functionality, and donation target management.

    Training, Compliance & Continuous Improvement

    • Train, coach, and certify staff in medical and operational procedures.
    • Oversee staff compliance with FDA, CLIA, OSHA, and internal SOPs.
    • Conduct walk-throughs, review donor files, and participate in internal audits and CAPA processes in collaboration with Quality Assurance (QA).
    • Collaborate with CMD and quality teams to uphold safety and performance metrics.
    • Serve as a mentor for new hires and help shape a culture of accountability, care, and continuous learning.

    What to Expect:

You’ll work in a fast-paced, regulated environment where attention to detail, professionalism, and leadership are essential. You’ll manage both people and processes, all while ensuring clinical safety standards are exceeded. Additionally, you’ll obtain and maintain certification in all three core functional areas of the plasma center: donor registration/screening, plasma/blood collection, and plasma processing; to ensure operational flexibility and support cross-functional team performance.

Whether you’re an experienced RN, LPN/LVN, or aspiring to grow into center leadership, your role here matters.

    Career Growth Path:

    • This position is a development track for advancement to Center Manager or Quality Assurance Manager roles.
    • You'll gain high-level experience in leadership, team development, and regulatory compliance.

    What You’ll Bring:

    • Active state license as RN, LPN/LVN,
    • Current CPR certification required
    • High school diploma or GED (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in healthcare, plasma, or regulated operations
    • At least 1 year of supervisory, training, or team leadership experience preferred

    Key Competencies:

    • Strong communication, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
    • Ability to lead by example and motivate a diverse team
    • Knowledge of donor eligibility, medical documentation, and best clinical practices
    • Experience navigating regulated environments with precision and professionalism

    What We Offer:

    • Competitive salary
    • Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision
    • Paid time off, and career development opportunities
    • Full training and support for leadership certifications
    • A supportive, EPIC-value-driven culture where healthcare professionals thrive
    • And MORE

    Ready to Lead with Impact?
