    POSITION TITLE: Programs & Partnerships Manager (Full-time)
    REPORTS TO: President & CEO
     
    HOURLY RATE: $24.00 – $28.00 per hour, plus benefits.
    Actual hourly rate will depend on qualifications, relevant experience, and education.

    Programs & Partnerships Manager
    The Adirondack Regional Chamber of Commerce (ARCC) is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Programs & Partnerships Manager to lead the planning and execution of Chamber programs and events while cultivating strong relationships with sponsors and community partners.
     
    This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting people, building partnerships, and creating engaging experiences for the business community. The Programs & Partnerships Manager will work closely with the President & CEO and the ARCC team to deliver impactful programming that supports member engagement, workforce initiatives, and regional economic growth.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    Strategic Support

    • Provide strategic and administrative support to the President & CEO on initiatives that advance ARCC’s mission and strategic priorities.
    • Identify and help cultivate partnerships that strengthen ARCC programs and member engagement.
    • Represent ARCC at community events, meetings, and networking opportunities.
    • Provide regular reporting on program outcomes, sponsorship activity, and partnership development.
    • Support additional Chamber initiatives as assigned.
    Programs & Events
    • Plan, coordinate, and execute ARCC programs, events, and initiatives that provide value to members and the regional business community.
    • Collaborate with the ARCC team to develop innovative programming aligned with the Chamber’s mission and strategic goals.
    • Manage event logistics including timelines, vendor coordination, and budgeting.
    • Provide on-site event management and support to ensure a high-quality attendee experience.
    • Collect feedback and evaluate event outcomes to support continuous improvement.
    Sponsorship Sales & Partnerships
    • Identify and secure sponsorship opportunities to support ARCC programs and events.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective sponsors.
    • Track sponsorship sales, renewal timelines, and fulfillment of sponsor benefits.
    • Work collaboratively with the ARCC team to ensure sponsors receive strong visibility and value.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
    • Experience in event planning, partnership development, business development, sales, or nonprofit programming.
    • Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
