                        Description

The Adirondack Nonprofit Business Council (ANBC) presents their symposium event: The Nonprofit Circle of Success.

The session will cover six key prongs of the circle of success including:
Mission, Culture, Program, Strategy, Fundraising, and Stewardship.

Like pie pieces in the total pie, each prong is inter-connected and the total health & success of a nonprofit organization relies on care and attention to these pieces. The session will provide ANBC Symposium attendees with a sense of how the world of purpose-driven organizations has evolved over the last 20 years, the current state of the nonprofit industry, and what some of the pitfalls are that separate organizations from top performance in each of those six defined areas…as well as “bold plays” that organizations can think about deploying to set them apart in a more competitive nonprofit landscape, providing for a healthier culture, stronger mission, and greater ability to raise and sustain resources.
