• 2026-27 ARCC Leadership Adirondack Program application

    Thank you for your interest in the ARCC 2026-27 Leadership Adirondack program. Please fill out the application below, and send your $500 deposit check to: ARCC, 68 Warren Street, Glens Falls, NY 12801. OR you can request to pay online by credit card at the end of this application.

    CRITERIA FOR THE ARCC LEADERSHIP ADIRONDACK PROGRAM

    • Demonstrates a potential for community leadership and a sincere commitment, motivation and interest in serving the community in which they live or work.
    • Shows potential for advancement to top leadership positions within their organization, which may result in significant influence on important issues and challenges facing the community.
    • Has the time to fully complete the program with the full support of their organization.
    • Upon program completion, participants attempt to seek roles on community boards or committees, key volunteer leadership positions, or public office.

    Participant Commitment
    By entering your name below, you understand that participation in the ARCC’s Leadership Adirondack program requires a serious commitment of time and energy. To graduate the program, you understand that you must do your best to attend the Get Acquainted event (date to be determined), and the majority of the leadership classes and industry tours that will run on the following days in 2026: 9/11, 9/25, 10/9, 10/23, 11/6, 11/20, 12/4, 12/18 AND 1/8/2027. You also agree to make your best attempt at attending the graduation ceremony at a date to be determined in early 2027. You further acknowledge that as a requirement of graduation, you commit your willingness to work with the other Leadership Adirondack participants in the class to fulfill a meaningful community enrichment project.
    Tuition
    ARCC members and their employees pay $3,250 to participate in this comprehensive leadership program. A deposit of $500 is required with your completed application. If your application is not accepted, an application processing fee of $75 will apply and a refund of $425 will be made. Deposits are required to be submitted by May 29, 2026.

    Applications will be reviewed by the Leadership Adirondack Advisory Council and the determination of participants is solely the decision of the Council. Approved applicants will be notified as early as possible to allow for preparation and planning for participation. Class size is limited to 16-18 individuals.
