2026 J. Walter Juckett Community Service Award Nomination
The J. Walter Juckett Community Service Award is the Adirondack Regional Chamber of Commerce's prestigious community service award, given to recognize and honor an extraordinary individual who has selflessly gone above and beyond by contributing time and energy to help others.
Nominations must be received by July 29, 2025.
To nominate a deserving individual, please complete this Nomination Form and submit it along with a typewritten narrative (of no more than 500 words) explaining why this individual should be considered for the 2026 J. Walter Juckett Community Service Award. All nominations will be kept and reviewed for three years.
CRITERIA:
(1) The nominee’s profile should demonstrate significant volunteer contributions to the community in the field of human services, education, business, or industry.
(2) The nominee’s contributions should demonstrate sustained and dedicated service to the community or specific causes over a significant period (typically 20+ years).
(3) The nominee should have a proven, measurable positive impact on individuals, organizations, or the broader community through their volunteer efforts.
(4) Neither the nominee nor nominator are required to be a member of the Adirondack Regional Chamber of Commerce (ARCC) to be considered or receive this honor.
