Please join us at the newly renovated Fort William Henry Conference Center for the December meeting of the Women’s Business Council!
WBC Education Chairwoman, Sue McManus will lead us through some guided stress relief exercises and ways to manage holiday stress!
We will discuss:- Conflict Resolution & Managing Holiday Stress
- Mindfulness- stay in the moment with easy self-care practices
- Wish Lists- what do YOU want or need this holiday season?
- Career & Personal Goals for 2023
