    Lotus Analytics Welcomes New Manager Customer Success and Support
    Lotus Analytics, a division of Lotus Group of Companies, specializing in Custom ERP, CRM, Business Intelligence/Analytics, Artificial Intelligence and Professional Services Company, is very pleased to announce that Desiree Kelleigh joins as a Client Relationship Manager for the Analytics division of the Lotus Group. Desiree’s responsibilities will encompass Sales and Business Development for the local markets within the Upstate New York area. She is tasked with stimulating Lotus’s revenue through expanding Lotus’s presence in the local region with specialized focus on businesses looking for the evolved way of company’s sustainability and business strategies. “Having a strong global presence, we all too often forget our roots and that we are able to make a special difference to our local communities which is all built of large & small businesses with uniqueness of seasonal specialty to historically rich family owned and run businesses. We are dedicating a veteran problem solver to these markets to be able to work with them all and share our own personal success and the ways to achieve prosperity” said, Ash Anand, President & CEO.
    Underscoring Lotus’s commitment to process effectiveness -centered design, the Technology & Strategy team has been focusing heavily on new products & services that are set for the current situation and offerings that explores the influence for our mutual future success. The Design Strategy team is ready to launch several new initiatives across Healthcare, Law Enforcement, Institutional Security and many other verticals which are all designed to improve every one’s ability to identify, define, and build the right path to a sustainable future.
    Lotus Analytics would like to congratulate Desiree Kelleigh on being hired as an expert problem solver in her new role as Customer Success and Support Manager. She will be based out of the Headquarters in Warrensburg, NY. Lotus Analytics has been serving local, US and international clients for over a decade by solving business struggles with centralized affordable technology integrations, communication services, accounting & finance services, and so much more.  Because of Lotus’s belief in local business and community involvements & investments, Desiree has been tasked with working very closely with the local businesses and their growing needs with the challenging pandemic and economic crisis among other struggles that every business is currently experiencing. Desiree will work to educate businesses on solutions to streamline small to very large enterprises in the North Country and beyond how to navigate costs during the “new world of IT development” and how to leverage technology to free up time and money for area businesses to focus on what matters most to them.  “Desiree will be working with several Businesses in and around this area to clarify a myth and show how Lotus has been able to make Technology affordable for All,” said Anand.
    Before joining Lotus Analytics, Desiree has enjoyed a long career serving the local & nearby communities in owning her own businesses of restaurants, dinner-theater, apartment dwellings and a limousine company.  She has also enjoyed a significant tenure in the security industry learning and educating Human Resource Executives, Attorneys and Business Owners on the perils of background investigations and Cyber Security.  “Desiree brings very rich personal experience and all of it will compliment Lotus’s efforts to make a very positive difference to the Company and our Community,”said Lee West, Sr, VP of Strategy of the Lotus Group of Companies.
