The Crandall Public Library
will present the Henry Crandall Award to the staff and volunteers of the Adirondack Regional Chamber of Commerce (ARCC) on October 13, 2021. The event will be held at The Queensbury Hotel from 7:30 am - 9:00 am.
For over one hundred years, the Adirondack Regional Chamber of Commerce has been recognized as the advocate for, and of, business in the Adirondack region of New York. They proudly serve this thriving community including Essex, Warren, Washington and northern Saratoga counties. Like Henry Crandall, who could not have started the Library without help from others, neither can Michael Bittel, ARCC CEO, advocate for our region without his four team members: Amanda Blanton, Carol Ann Conover, Karen Mattison, and Tricia Rogers, 21 board members, 23 ambassadors, and 700+ members.
The ARCC’s mission is to help regional companies succeed, grow and thrive and expand economic opportunity throughout the region. The ARCC focuses on four pillars: advocacy, education, connection and collaboration. Throughout the ongoing global pandemic, the ARCC stayed true to its mission providing members updates on the Paycheck Protection Plan (PPP), Small Business Administration Loans (SBA), recommendations from the CDC, NY on Pause/Forward, and multicounty board of health organizations.
Tickets are $60 and include a buffet breakfast with biscuits and sausage gravy and buttermilk pancakes, coffee, tea, and juice.
