• Adirondack Regional Chamber of Commerce Announces 2021 Board of Directors and Officers

    GLENS FALLS, NY – The Adirondack Regional Chamber of Commerce (ARCC) is pleased to announce the addition of four new members to our Board of Directors in 2021. The ARCC would also like to express our gratitude for the service of the following Board Members, whose terms were completed in December 2020: Brian Bearor, Chief Executive Officer of the Family YMCA of Glens Falls; Stephanie DiLallo Bitter, Principal Attorney at Bartlett, Pontiff, Stewart & Rhodes, P.C.; and Ralph Rimualdo, Owner/President Servpro of Southern Saratoga County and Owner of the Beef Jerky Outlet in Lake George. We thank them for their service and their continued support of the ARCC. The ARCC would also like to recognize the addition of Juan Gonzales Jr., Chief Financial Officer of Hunt Companies Inc., to the ARCC Executive Committee.

    The new ARCC Board Members are as follows:
    Ash Anand, owner and operator of The Lotus Group of Companies, established in 2009 and based out of Warrensburg, NY. Ash owns and operates Lotus Analytics, Lotus Property Management, The Grist Mill, Ashes Pub & Ocho Cinco Cantina, Lotus Auto Xperts, and two NAPA stores (Warrensburg Auto & Truck Supplies and Chestertown Truck & Auto). Ash’s main objective and underlying theme is to assist Warrensburg and the surrounding communities in reaching their highest potential. Professionally, Ash has held multiple high-level positions in both the operations division and fiscal management side of the telecommunication sector which encouraged his entrepreneurial prowess. The Lotus idea started in a home office and rapidly grew as it acquired and created new businesses, and the company is now housed in the historic “Bird House” at 101 River Street in Warrensburg, in the former industrial/mill section of the town. The birdhouse is home base to all the Lotus Group businesses. Ash works closely with his business managers, sales representatives, human resource department and accounting division. All the Lotus Group businesses are innovative, progressive, and community-minded, ensuring future generations will live and prosper in the towns they call home. In addition to his professional goals, he is also a philanthropist, organizing and supporting many local causes and charities throughout the years in our community. Ash lives in Warrensburg with his wife Jaime and their children. He also serves on the Warrensburg School Board; the Saratoga-Warren-Washington Work Force Development Board and enjoys traveling back home to see the rest of his family in India.

    John Aspland, Managing Partner at the law firm of FitzGerald Morris Baker Firth (FMBF). John also serves as the leader of the firm’s litigation practice group. John joined FMBF in 2002 and was elected a partner in 2004. A supporter of a number of community-based organizations, John also serves as an assistant coach for the Foothills Rangers Rugby Club. John is a graduate of Siena College and the Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center at Touro College. He resides in Queensbury with his wife and two children.

    Andrea Deepe, Chief Executive Office for Warren Washington Association for Mental Health, Inc. (WWAMH). WWAMH is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit provider of human services that provides an array of services, including residential, clinical, support services, care management, and dual recovery services, to individuals living with mental health diagnoses and challenges residing in Warren and Washington Counties. Andrea has always considered herself as a dynamic, heart led, results-oriented leader who utilizes keen analysis and insights as well as a team approach to drive organizational and programmatic improvements and implementation of best practices. She is a highly motivated, hands-on administrator, who strives to motivate others to attain their peak performance.
    Prior to becoming CEO, Andrea had over a decade of experience working in the quality assurance, advocacy, and corporate compliance fields, working for private not for profits and the State of New York supporting individuals with mental illness, developmental disabilities, and substance use disorders. Her early professional career working in direct care led her into the quality assurance and advocacy world to help pave the way for better care and services for all individuals regardless of their disability.
    Andrea is currently on the Board of Directors for the Hudson Mohawk Area Health Education Center that strives to develop and strengthen the health care workforce in under-served communities. She is a Board Member of the Regional Planning Consortium: Northern Region, that seeks to guide behavioral health policy in the region, problem solve regional service delivery challenges, and recommend priorities for reinvestment of Medicaid savings. She further recently joined the Community and Family Services Association of New York State’s Board of Director team, which is dedicated to improving, advancing, and promoting services to individuals, families, and communities.
    Andrea is a graduate of Liberty University and resides with her husband, daughters in Washington County, NY.
    Jeff Mead, General Manager of the Cool Insuring Arena and President, Business Operations for the Adirondack Thunder ECHL hockey team. Jeff, born in Glens Falls, NY returned in 2015 to run the Cool Insuring Arena. He oversees all operations at the arena and is the liaison to the Adirondack Civic Center Coalition Board of Directors. In 2017, the Coalition purchased the Thunder from the Calgary Flames, and Jeff was given the role to operate the business side of the team.
    Before returning to Glens Falls, Jeff operated ice skating and multi-purpose arenas and facilities for 16 years in Michigan, Iowa, Arizona, Illinois, and Texas. Jeff graduated from Glens Falls High School and SUNY Potsdam, which a B.A degree in Sociology.
