    Manager of Individual Giving – Apply Today!
    Job Overview:  The Manager of Individual Giving is responsible for the development and execution of individual giving programs, including annual appeal, capital campaigns, membership, planned giving, and sponsorships, in addition to participating in other development activities.
    Reports to:  Executive Director

    • Cultivate, deepen, and leverage relationships to increase giving from current and new donors
    • Create and integrate key fundraising messages and prospect strategies
    • Gather and document information about potential donors’ interests and other information
    • Construct and implement a legacy giving program
    • Maintain awareness of industry trends and apply findings to plans and strategies
    • Plan, support, and execute special events to raise money and appreciate donors
    • Serve on grant writing team
    • Participate in budgeting revenues and expenses
    • Design, generate, and analyze reports related to individual giving as a key user of CRM
    • Communicate with team members regularly
    • Other duties as assigned
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Distinguished written and verbal communication abilities
    • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
    • Interest in and general knowledge of the arts
    • Ability and willingness to work events including evenings and weekends
    • Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality
    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Minimum of two years of individual giving experience in a professional environment
