    Who are we looking for?

    An organized, passionate Project Manager that will be responsible for all aspects of managing several projects simultaneously while delivering consistent client delight! Project management responsibilities include all aspects of client and internal communications; confirming budget and scope; assigning, scheduling, and coordinating resources; monitoring, documenting project progress reports and ensuring prompt delivery of scoped work within budget.

    You will work directly with clients to ensure the deliverables fall within the applicable timeline, scope, and budget. You will coordinate with clients, internal departments, and external contractors to ensure all aspects of each project are accurate and completed to specifications.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Act as the primary liaison between the delivery team, the client, and internal stakeholders.
    • Determine, clarify, and define project scope and communicate this effectively to all stakeholders.
    • Develop, maintain, and manage a detailed project schedule, budget and work plan using consistent, accurate, and comprehensive documentation to record project progress.
    • Track project hours and costs to meet budget.
    • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
    • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using approved verification techniques and consistently report changes and progress to relevant stakeholders.
    • Measure, document, and report project and internal resource performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

    • 2-4 years of proven working experience in project management.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and the completion of projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
    • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
