    Job Description
    JOB TITLE:                  IT Business Analyst  
    FLSA STATUS:           Non-Exempt
    SUPERVISION:            Reports to the Senior Accountant
     
    POSITION SUMMARY:
     
    This professional will have experience in both information technology and business administration. The right applicant will serve as the liaison between the company and any third-party IT partners while also troubleshooting issues, ensuring functional specification development, and managing the ERP system (enterprise resource planning). The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented and highly innovative. He/she will also be responsible for translating business needs to IT solutions with current projects and future initiatives in mind.
     
    The ability to multi-task and manage a fast-paced environment is required.
     
    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Evaluate, test and recommend new opportunities for enhancing our software, hardware and IT processes
    • Conduct Initiatives across all functional areas
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter expert
    • Act as the liaison between business departments, technology teams and third-party support teams including Primelink, Twinstate Technologies, Verizon Wireless and Key communicators
    • Collaborate with outside developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs
    • Provide support to business colleagues for workstation or IT problems and questions
    • Oversee the selection and implementation of software programs and hardware resources.
    • Assist in performing high level technical support activities, such as report definitions, system configuration and application setup
     
    QUALIFICATIONS:
     
    A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience or one of the following: Bachelor’s Degree in Software Development, Project Management or related field
    • Ability to work independently and with others
    • Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
    • Knowledge of IT Enterprise Systems maintenance
    • Knowledge of CRMs
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Ability to interpret and collate relevant data 
    • Ability to work under pressure and deliver efficient results on time
    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Microsoft Access experience
    • Office 365 experience (Sharepoint)
    • Relevant experience in software development
    • Strong Microsoft Excel Skills (Macros, Pivot Tables)

    • Required to regularly use hands and fingers to handle, feel or operate objects, tools or controls
    • Required to regularly reach with hands and arms
    • Frequently required to sit, stand, talk and hear
