    We have an exciting new position in our Human Resources Department!
    Human Resources Generalist
    We seek an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support HRCCU’s People strategy by providing superior employee human resources service delivery to all employees. Responsibilities include the assistance in the areas of benefits, payroll, and recruitment, maintenance of employee records and development of employees. The Generalist serves as a champion of HRCCU’s culture and promotes a positive experience for employees.

    The candidate will have at least a two-year degree in Human Resources or similar major with a HR certification and at least 2 years human resource generalist experience preferred. Expertise in two or more areas with progressively increasing responsibility for Employee Relations, Talent Management, Total Rewards or Learning and Development a plus.

    Other desired skills:
    Proven ability to generate new ideas, concepts, processes, actions, or solutions, which are original, useful, unusual, and appropriate to the situation. The degree to which preconceived assumptions can be discarded and new possibilities imagined.

    Proactively complete tasks, solve problems, improve processes, and enhance products, within assigned range of authority.

    Ability to communicate effectively with others.

    The ability to recognize, welcome, and effectively utilize differences among employees to achieve department goals and objectives. 

    The ability to adapt to fast-changing environments Willingness to take risks and to consider new approaches to improve the organization's competitive position.

    Ability to complete tasks successfully with technology and the least amount of time and effort. 

    Willingness to take risks and to consider new technology approaches to improve the organization's competitive position. Full working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Products. 

    This full-time position is located at our Operations Center in Corinth, NY.
