Description: Our Residential programs located in Warren and Washington counties currently have a Full Time (40-hour) Licensed Practical Nurse position available. The LPN ensures that health care services are coordinated & health care records are maintained for those we support and that medical training is completed for staff. The LPN maintains a caseload of multiple sites.

Qualifications:
- 18 years of age.
- A valid driver’s license that meets WWAARC insurability standards.
- To secure and maintain all certifications and trainings required by WWAARC. This includes but is not limited to, Medication Administration, 1st Aid & CPR, Decision Driving, and SCIP-R.
- Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse in New York State.
