    PAY RATE:  21.01/hr
     
    POSITION CONCEPT:
    Associate Residential Managers will have oversight responsibilities, including assistance with staff coverage/scheduling, DSP training and supervision, and assistance with medical appointments. Both positions will serve as Residential Manager On-Call during scheduled work hours and will be responsible for operations of multiple IRAs, including ensuring individuals receive quality care via the planning, and delivery of individual services. 
    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 
    The minimum qualifications will be a High School Diploma with 2 Years’ experience working with the people with intellectual/developmental disabilities.,  Must be capable of handling all position responsibilities outlined in the job description, including leadership role, scheduling, problem solving, direct care, and accountability for quality service provisions.  Must also have acceptable driving record.
