    Warren County is seeking qualified attorneys to apply for the newly created position of Assigned Counsel Administrator. The Administrator plans, oversees and administers the provision of services through the Assigned Counsel Program for Warren County. Responsibilities include coordination and oversight of the ACP, which offers free legal representation to eligible clients in criminal cases and certain family court cases in accordance with Article 18-B of the County Law and other applicable laws as well as NYS Indigent Legal Services standards. 
    Residency: Warren County residency is required throughout the term of employment.
    Salary: The salary range for this position is $92,073 - $113,745 and an appropriate determination will be made commensurate with the applicant’s experience.
    Minimum Qualifications:
    A) Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school; and
    B) Admission to and a member in good standing of the Bar of the State of New York; and
    C) Five (5) years of experience in the practice of law in the criminal courts in the State of New York.
