• Restoration Team Leader / Project Manager

    Job Description
    We are currently looking for a Water Restoration Team Leader and Project Manager to join our team. Although we are searching for a candidate with proven experience and training in a similar capacity, training is available for a proven restoration technician looking for career advancement opportunities. The details for this position are as follows: 

    Responsibilities Include but are not Limited to:
    -Perform and manage disaster restoration services in accordance with production guidelines.
    -Comply with safety practices.
    -Supervise Crew Leaders and Production Technicians.
    -Job-site management.
    -Coach and train Crew Leaders and Production Technicians.
    -Job file documentation.
    -Creating estimates in Xactimate.
    -Monitor, communicate and respond to customer needs.
    -Communicate job-site details to Production Staff and Operations Manager.
    -Participate in maintenance of equipment, vehicles and facilities.
    -Other responsibilities as assigned.
     
    REQUIREMENTS
    -Must have 12 months experience in the Fire and Water restoration industry.
    -Have a valid IICRC WRT certification.
    -Because we provide 24-hour emergency service, must be willing to be on call as needed.
    -Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
    -Must have a high school diploma or a GED certificate.
    -Some night and weekend work is required.

    Compensation depends on experience.
