    CLA SITE Landscape Architecture, Engineering & Planning, PC, is seeking Project Managers with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Saratoga Springs, New York. These positions will support all key areas of our firm’s site- and municipal-related services, including site, stormwater, roadway, and infrastructure design, construction documents, specifications, cost estimating, and environmental permitting.
     
    Candidates should be well organized and self-motivated to work effectively, both independently and in a team-based environment. Strong design, graphics, and communication skills are required, with adept proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D, HydroCAD Stormwater Modeling, and Microsoft Office software applications. Salary commensurate with experience.

    Project Responsibilities:
    Full Project Management Responsibilities including:

    • Client/Project correspondence, meetings, deadlines,
    • Full Production responsibilities including:
    • Data collection, Site Analysis, AutoCAD drawing from conceptual design to 3D modeling to full sets of Site Construction Documents, Cost estimating, Technical Report Writing, and Permitting Processes.
    • Planning/Zoning Board/Public Meeting Presentations
    • Budget Management
     
    Office Responsibilities:
    • Assist with Technical Reviews of office Projects for QA/QC in collaboration with Principal and Other Project Managers;
    • Assist with Office Production/Coordination/Efficiency
     
    Business/Professional Development Responsibilities:
    • Track Marketing Opportunities
    • Write and Assist with Proposals
    • Attend Association, Chamber, and Educational Events
    • Lead Volunteer Task Forces/Organizations
    • Help Develop Business Leads and Diversify Client Base
     
    Requirements: BS degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. Strong AutoDesk ProCivil 3D and HydroCAD proficiency are a must.
