    Job Description
    We are looking for a Consumer Affairs Representative. You will support customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints. This position will be the front line of support for customers and they will help ensure that customers are satisfied with products and services. 
     
    Responsibilities:
    - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails.
    - Resolve product/service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
    - Prepare product/service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information and distributing to team.
    - Assist with other areas of Marketing department, such as donation requests.

    Qualifications:
    - Able to multi task and prioritize responsibilities daily.
    - Familiarity with Micro Soft Office & computer skills.
    - Previous customer service experience preferred.
    - Detail oriented & able to communicate effectively with various departments, district managers & shops.
