    Call Center-Member Experience Ambassador
    We seek an experienced Member Experience Ambassador to provide prompt, professional and accurate member service. To promptly answer all incoming calls in a polite manner; determine nature of member's business and personally assist the member. Resolve member concerns by clarifying, researching, and exploring answers and alternate solutions
    This position is located at our Member Experience Center in Corinth, NY. Temporary Full-Time (approximately through September 1st). Monday through Friday, with a Saturday rotation. 
    At least six months of call center and/or banking experience preferred.  Along with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills and must be proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
