    Job Description

    Member Relationship Ambassador
     
    We seek an experienced Member Relationship Ambassador to greet and welcome members to the credit union in a courteous, professional and timely manner, providing prompt, accurate and efficient member transactions.  Resolve member concerns by clarifying, researching, and exploring answers and alternate solutions, implementing solutions, escalating unsolved problems.
    Performs all functions of Branch Teller and Platform Member Account duties such as opening and closing accounts. Maintain an up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge on all credit union products and services and special offers to answer member inquiries.
    Depending on the skill and experience level position could be at the Ambassador, Leader or Master Level.
     
    This position is located at our Glens Falls Branch. 
     
    Part-time Monday through Friday, with a Saturday rotation, 20-29 hours per week.  May need to work at other Northern branches when necessary.
     
    At least six months of banking experience preferred.  Along with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills and must be proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
