    Teller- Member Relationship Representative
    We seek an experienced Member Relationship Representative to greet and welcome members to the credit union in a courteous, professional and timely manner, providing prompt, accurate and efficient member transactions. Resolve member concerns by clarifying, researching, and exploring answers and alternate solutions, implementing solutions, escalating unsolved problems.
    Performs all functions of Branch Teller. Maintain an up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge on all credit union products and services and special offers to answer member inquiries.

    Location: Corinth, NY
    Employment Type:  Full-time, benefited, Monday through Friday schedule with a Saturday shift rotation
    Education: High School Diploma or GED
    Experience: 6 months to two years of similar or related experience.
    Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all groups of people.

    Strong attention to detail, critical thinking ability and accuracy.

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Products including Word and Excel, computer and credit union systems.

    Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately.

    Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
