Teller-Member Relationship Representative
Greet and welcome members to the credit union in a courteous, professional and timely manner, providing prompt, accurate and efficient member transactions. Resolve member concerns by clarifying, researching, and exploring answers and alternate solutions, implementing solutions, escalating unsolved problems.
Receive share drafts/checks and cash for deposit to accounts, verify amounts, examine share drafts/checks for proper endorsement. Issue member debit cards within financial systems accurately. Receive consumer loan, home loan and other payments, and ensure accuracy when posting to the computer. Process wire transfers and assist members with online banking.
This position is located at our Hudson Falls Branch.
Part time, 20-25 hours/week with 2-3 Saturday shifts per month. May need to work at other Northern branches when necessary.
At least six months of banking experience preferred. Along with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills and must be proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
