    Member Relationship Ambassador
     
    Role: Perform transactional duties to serve members by receiving or paying out funds with high accuracy. Present and explain credit union products and services to members. This person requires an ability to communicate effectively with prospective and current members and to represent the credit union in a positive and professional manner. May be asked to work at other branch locations.
     
    Duties:

    • Greet and welcome members to the credit union in a courteous, professional and timely manner, providing prompt, accurate and efficient member transactions.  Resolve member concerns by clarifying, researching, and exploring answers and alternate solutions, implementing solutions, escalating unsolved problems.
    • Performs all functions of Branch Teller and opening account duties such as opening closing accounts and, taking member applications for loans. Maintain an up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge on all credit union products and services and special offers to answer member inquiries.
     
    Location: Hudson Falls, NY  
     
    Employment Type:  Full-time, benefited, Monday through Friday schedule with a Saturday shift rotation
     
    Qualifications:
    Education: High School Diploma or GED
     
    Experience: 6 months to two years of similar or related experience.
     
    Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all groups of people.

    Strong attention to detail, critical thinking ability and accuracy.

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Products including Word and Excel, computer and credit union systems.

    Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately.

    Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
