    Member Relationship Tellers
    Role: Provide outstanding member service by accurately processing member transactions. Collaborate with your branch team to meet our members’ needs, and to provide a memorable, meaningful experience.
    A Day in the Life of a Member Relationship Teller you will:
    • Greet and welcome members to the credit union in a courteous, professional and timely manner, providing prompt, accurate and efficient member transactions. 
    • Receive share drafts/checks and cash for deposit to accounts, verify amounts, examine share drafts/checks for proper endorsement. Issue member debit cards within financial systems accurately. Receive consumer loan, home loan and other payments, and ensure accuracy when posting to accounts.
    Location: Travel between various branches (Glens Falls, Hudson Falls, and Corinth)

    Education: High School Diploma or GED
    Experience: Customer service and cash handling experience. Previous credit union or financial experience desirable.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all groups of people.
    • Ability to be aware of, control and express their own emotions as well as being cognizant of the emotions of others. The ability to recognize, welcome, and effectively utilize differences among others.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products including Word and Excel, computer and credit union systems.
    • The ability to adapt to fast-changing environments.
    Employment Type: Temporary full-time, estimated duration May through September. Monday through Friday schedule with required Saturday shifts.
