We have an exciting and fun opportunity in our Member Experience Center!
Required Education: A High School Diploma or GED
You will have the opportunity to assist members on the phone with a wide variety of banking transactions. Our ambassadors provide online banking support and work on special projects and operational tasks throughout the day. Such as exception reports, remote deposit capture, return checks, process incoming wires, and much more.
This position is located at our new Operations Center in Corinth, NY. Full-Time Monday through Friday, with a 2-3 Saturday shifts per month rotation.
