    ABOUT THE POSITION

    As a member of our HR team, you will analyze, process and recommend employee compensation and benefits programs for our Company. This position supports payroll for the Arrow Family of Companies serving 540 employees. You will collaborate with the HR team, employees, managers and outside service providers to ensure HR and Company goals are achieved.

    Responsibilities Include:

    ? Process team payroll to ensure timely and accurate delivery of employee pay as well as to ensure employees benefits deductions are processed.

    ? Perform analysis of compensation/benefits to ensure positions remain competitive regarding salaries and benefits while supporting Company long-term strategies and objectives.

    ? Administer employee and retiree data throughout HRIS including data maintenance, processing elections and updates while also developing system efficiencies.

    ? Administer Company retirement plans, including working with actuaries, auditors and other professionals to provide verified and compiled data for administration of benefits.

    ? Educate/guide employees and supervisors on HRIS procedures, timekeeping, attendance and benefits to ensure clear understanding of their responsibilities as well as HR policies and procedures.

    ? Coordinate with service providers to ensure accurate data sharing, payment, enrollment and coverage.

    ? Manage and lead Open Enrollment and other benefit events; assist with development and execution of projects and activities as assigned.

    ? Collaborate with HRIS vendor and HR team to expand utilization of software including creation of reports and workflows to streamline processing and increase efficiencies.

    Qualifications:

    ? Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required

    ? 6+ years of experience in payroll, benefits, HRIS or accounting required;

    experience with ADP software a plus

    ? Payroll, compensation or benefits certification/advanced degree preferred

    Skills/Knowledge Requirements:

    ? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint; skilled in creating and manipulating spreadsheets for reporting and processing activities

    ? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; comfortable communicating with employees, co-workers, management and vendors

    ? Demonstrated organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks/projects while meeting strict deadlines a must

    ? Proven attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential information
