• Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

    FitzGerald Morris Baker Firth, P.C. is seeking an energetic, cheerful, and organized individual to serve as an administrative assistant/receptionist and be the public face and voice of our law firm. The responsibilities for this role include greeting clients and providing them with excellent service, managing conference room schedules, answering phone calls, managing B2B vendor relationships, coordinating mail, tracking and ordering office supplies, and assistance with invoicing certain clients. For individuals with the right background and experience, marketing functions may be assigned with a commensurate salary adjustment.
