We are a busy, established HVAC company in Glens Falls, NY hiring for a full-time administrative assistant with excellent communication, computer and organizational skills. The right candidate will be friendly, energetic, progressive, and have a positive attitude that allows them to grow with our expanding company. Applicant should have reliable transportation and dependability. Training on specifics is provided, but applicant must be self-motivated and have ability to work independently while paying strong attention to detail. Daily tasks will include, but not be limited to, providing clerical support to our department coordinators, communicating with customers and vendors via phone & email, filing/copying.
